The Bermuda Championship’s BF&M Volunteer Programme is now accepting online applications for golf competition committees. These committees assist with competition-related operations and are necessary for safely conducting a PGA TOUR event. The tournament returns for its second year October 26th - November 1st at Port Royal Golf Course, Southampton.
John Wight, Group Chairman and CEO of BF&M Limited, said, “As official Volunteer Programme Sponsor for the second year, we look forward to welcoming new and returning volunteers. As we all know, in 2020 COVID-19 is impacting how sports events are run around the world and we at BF&M want to emphasize that the health and safety of all is our number one priority. We know it’s the priority of the PGA TOUR organizing team as well. We believe a successful event can be run with rigorous and appropriate safety measures in place and we look forward to supporting our wonderful volunteers, who play such a critical part in showcasing the beauty of Bermuda to the world.”
