The Bermuda Golf Association (BGA), in accordance with the Bermuda Government guidelines, all BGA and Bermuda Junior Golf Association (BJGA) events and lessons have been suspended until further notice.
This essentially affects three tournaments:
i) Saturday, April 11th - Monthly Medal at the Mid Ocean Club ii) Sunday, May 9th – Monthly Medal at Port Royal Golf Course iii) Friday, June 26th – Sunday, June 28th – Bermuda Stroke Play Championships at Port Royal Golf Course
A BGA Spokesperson stated, “Currently, Port Royal and Ocean View Golf Courses are closed until April 6th. To our knowledge other courses on the island are still open, but may have introduced precautionary guidelines with which you should become familiar.
We will be closely monitoring the situation and will keep you informed if the situation should change.”
