Bermuda Four Ball Championships Day One
|
The Bermuda Four Ball Championships got underway at the Port Royal Golf Course under some rather challenging conditions.
Heavy rain at one point caused a 45 minute suspension of play as the greens became flooded. However, fortunately the rain eventually relented and the round was completed.
The team of Jarryd Dillas and Damian Palanyandi opened up a 4 stroke lead over Richard Neame and Julian Brassington but with another challenging day forecast, anything can happen.
In the Ladies Championship Division Katrin Burnie and Linda Down have a 5 shot lead over the defending champions, Tracy Burgess and Ann Symonds.
In the Senior Men’s Championship Division Steven Lambert Sr. and Greg Smith are leading by 4 shots over Craig Christensen and Ian Page.
