The Bermuda Netball Association has announced the following important updates:
· Online Registration is Ready! https://www.signupforms.com/registrations/20151
· Netball Fever location has been changed to Bermuda College Gym – See you Saturday Rain, Blow or Shine!
· Umpire and Technical Official Training – Final Reminder
o Technical Official Training (9am-3pm) and Umpire Training (4pm-6pm) Saturday September 28th CBA Music Room
Umpire Theory Exam will be held on Sunday September 29th from 9am-10:30 (more information will be shared on Saturday).
Note - participants can take theory only....but still need to register
As we continue to strive to raise the profile of netball in Bermuda, enhancing umpiring skills and techniques is crucial. We also realize that increasing the understanding of netball scoring procedures and protocols with the help of dedicated scorers helps relieve umpires of the additional scoring duty so they can strictly focus on the game.
This season, each senior team will need to provide a technical official and umpire for each game. So this training is crucial to meeting these requirements
· Winter League Start date has been pushed back to November 2nd
