Barnes Continues Competing in Daytona Race Week 2020

Scott Barnes had a mixed day on Day Two of the World Karting Association Daytona Kart Week.
Barnes would drive to victory in the 206 Margay Ignite Masters F1 Race, drivers completed 7 laps with Barnes clocking a time of 26:43.183, with his fastest lap coming on his second time around the track clocking 3:14.820.
Barnes finished 2nd in the 125cc Sprint Shifter race, clocking a 13 lap time of 32:06.141, Barnes had his fastest lap time of 2:10.243, he finished behind DJ Hoelzle who clocked a 13 lap time of 31:07.573.
During the 125 Stock Honda Shifter Class after running in the top five all race, Barnes was forced to retire from the race with less than five minutes to race with motor issues. Barnes had completed 10 of the 13 laps in a time of 25:08.454, with his fastest lap being 2:13.724 which was lap 5.
