The Bermuda Motorcycle Racing Club will host their Family & Friends Bar-B-Que Race Day at the Southside Motor Sports Park on Sunday August 25th.
President of the Bermuda Motorcycle Racing Club Takara Dill said, “This race day is a real family filled day, with families encouraged to come out and have some fun, the season has started well and we are hoping it will continue to gain the exposure needed to help grow the sport.”
This will be the sixth race day of the season with Minibike Advanced Division’s Sheun Simmons holds an 18 point lead over Daente Burgess in the Standings, Simmons has 295 points, while Burgess has 277 points.
In the Scooter 70 Class, following his three wins Marcus Pimentel was able to close the gap at the top to 35 points. Blair Jones is the current Class leader with 245 points, while Pimentel has 210 points.
Kenny DeSilva currently holds a 58 point lead at the top of the Scooter Open Class, DeSilva has 263 points with second place Ricky Wade now on 205 points.
Five points separate the top of the Scooter 4-Stroke Class standings, Aiden Lopes is the leader with 210 points, while Bradley Adams has 205 points.
