For a second day in a row, Bermuda Sailors Benn Smith, Ceci and Michael Wollmann like many others spent the day looking out at the water hoping the wind would come in, but it never did cancelling Day Two of the Pan American Games Sailing.
Race officials for a second time delayed the start until as long as possible, before calling the day off.
Sailing is held in Paracas, which is some three and a half hours away from Lima.
The winds fluctuated between 5 and 10 knots for the day, tomorrows wind forecast is more favorable for racing with winds 11 – 22 knots.
