Nahki Wells and his Bristol City teammates succumbed to defeat in their final game of the Sky Bet Championship season falling 3 – 1 to Brentford.
After a goalless first half, Ivan Toney netted a record-breaking 31st goal of the campaign for Brentford in the 57th minute, in the 78th minute Brentford showing off their passing and movement qualities saw Bryan Mbeumo eventually finished off a memorable team move.
Sergi Canos netted a late third but there was still time for a glimmer of positivity as Under-23s striker Louis Britton was well-placed to hit a consolation goal in front of the South Stand.

Justin Donawa and his Solihull Moors teammate's match against King's Lynn Town's on the road was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.
Heavy rain since early this morning left parts of the playing surface at The Walks underwater and a decision to call the game off was made an hour before the scheduled kick-off.

Jonte Smith was not part of the Woking FC team that went down 4 – 1 to Chesterfield at home.
Gavin Gunning gave Chesterfield the lead in the 7th minute, Marcus Dinanga doubled the lead in the 20th minute. Woking pulled a goal back in the 28th minute when he converted from the penalty spot, but in the 40th minute, Chesterfield had their 2 goal lead restored when George Carline scored. With two minutes remaining, Jack Aidan Clarke scored for Chesterfield to make it 4 – 1.
