Kenni Thompson and her Civitas Santa Teresa Badajoz teammates fell to their second straight defeat in the Spanish Women’s First Division falling 2 – 0 to Real Betis.
The defeat saw Thompson and her teammates fall to 17th in the standings with Real Betis moving ahead of them in the standings to 17th.
Real Betis went in front in the 5th minute when Mari Paz Vilas scored, the lead was then doubled as Andrea Medina scored in the 42nd minute.
