www.islandstats.com and the Bermuda Football Association have joined forces again this season in a bid to encourage more Referees to join the ranks.

Ferreira-James, who is a former police officer in the areas of immigration and sports administration, is the Head of Refereeing for the Bahamas Football Association and one of the leading female officials in the Caribbean and the CONCACAF region.
She has enjoyed over a decade on the FIFA international list, which provided her the opportunity to see the world and experience extraordinary sporting events.
Ferreira-James will talk about the challenges that she has faced in the region and across the world in officiating.
