Dale Eve and his Spennymoor Town teammates welcomed Gloucester City AFC, to The Brewery Field for their Vanarama National League North match.
Eve and his teammates maintained their unbeaten start to the league season after an enthralling second half against Gloucester that ended in a 2 – 2 draw.
Akwasi Asante’s close-range effort looked to have secured a fifth consecutive win for Gloucester eight minutes from time, only for Glen Taylor to net his sixth goal of the campaign from the penalty spot four minutes before full-time.
Spennymoor took the lead in the 54th minute when Jamie Spencer struck a low shot into the bottom corner after his initial effort was blocked.
Spennymoor failed to clear the ball and the game was level twenty minutes into the second period, with the prolific McClure tapping in from a George Carline cross.

Willie Clemons and his Dalkurd teammates traveled to the Örjans Vall Stadium to take on Halmstads BK in the Swedish Superettan Football League.
Halmstads BK would come away with a 4 – 0 win at home, Halmstads BK would get two goals from Sadat Karim, while Mikael Boman and Joel Allansson added a goal each.
