Justin Donawa and his Darlington Town teammates advanced to the next round of the Emirates FA Cup following their 6 – 1 win over Tadcaster Albion.
Darlington took the lead in the 13th minute, a reverse pass was into the path of Michael Liddle and he slotted the ball under the keeper. Alex Story doubled the Darlington lead in the 33rd minute heading home close range, and then two minutes later it was 3 – 0, yet another reverse pass found Jarrett Rivers and he made no mistake.
In the 47th minute, another through ball found Donawa who charged through on goal and his effort clipped the defender and bobbled over the goalkeeper. Two minutes later Donawa continued been very busy as he charged down the right after finding acres of space and he laid the ball off to Rivers who couldn’t miss.
Tadcaster Albion pulled a goal back in the 75th minute when Jack Crook drove at goal before bending the ball into the far corner, but Man of the Match Donawa was not done, in the 81st minute Donawa was played in by Theo Hudson, Donawa set himself and lashed the ball into the far top corner.
KOLE HALL
Kole Hall and his Radcliffe Football Club teammates welcomed Bamber Bridge FC to the Neuven in their Northern Premier League Premier Division and came away with a 2 – 1 win.
Radcliffe took the lead in the 16th minute, Lanrell Cole turned inside the box and fired the ball home from close range. Jean Louis Akpa-Akpro reacted fastest to the Bamber Bridge goalkeeper fumble and doubled the Radcliffe lead in the 48th minute. Bamber Bridge pulled a goal back in the 75th minute when George Thomason slammed home an effort. Hall entered the match in the 76th minute.
DALE EVE
Dale Eve and his Spennymoor Town teammates took on Chester, however, they bowed out of the Emirates FA Cup on a disappointing evening.
Ryan Hall's early goal for Spennymoor was canceled out by efforts from Jamie Morgan, Danny Elliott, and George Waring earning Chester the victory.
MILAN BUTTERFIELD
Milan Butterfield and his Chesterfield teammates went down 2 – 1 to Torquay in their Conference Premier match.
Torquay took the lead in the 8th minute when the ball was crossed in from the left, the Chesterfield goalkeeper came to claim it but after a mix-up, the ball was poked home by Britton.
Chesterfield dew level in the 38th minute, a free-kick was saved well but Tom Denton is there to follow the ball up and poked it home, Butterfield was introduced to the match in the 79th minute.
With four minutes of stoppage time added, Jake Andrews found the back of the net for Torquay with the final kick of the game.
