The Devonshire Cougars picked up the first win of the 2020/21 Dudley Eve season when they defeated the PHC Zebras 2 – 0 at Bernard Park.
In the 9th minute, Elisha Darrell gave the Devonshire Cougars the lead, a lead that they carried to the half time break.
The Devonshire Cougars doubled their lead in the 85th minute when Lejuan Simmons turned in a corner with a right-footed shot.
Group B
Robin Hood 1 Somerset Trojans 0
After a scoreless first half at the Bernard Park, Robin Hood went to the top of the Group B Standings with a strike in the second half from Tomiko Goater.
Both Robin Hood and the Somerset Trojans battled it out in the first half, with Somerset Trojans goalkeeper Dequan Crockwell making several saves to keep his team in the game.
Crockwell however could not do much on the Goater goal as Robin Hood started the competition with a win. Group A
