Stefan Kelly and his Newport Cricket Club Wales 1st XI teammates defeated Creigiau Cricket Club by 36 runs.
Newport won the toss and elected to bat, they scored 245/5 in their allotted 45 overs, Kelly did not bat.
In reply, Creigiau were bowled out for 209, Kelly returned figures of 7-0-31-2.
