Delray Rawlins has been selected to the Sussex 13-man squad that will travel to Canterbury for Sussex’s Bob Willis Trophy match against Kent.
Aaron Thomason is added to the squad of 12 who completed a three-day win against Hampshire at The 1st Central County Ground on Monday.
Ollie Robinson and Phil Salt will be looking to continue their impressive starts to the shortened 2020 season, while Harry Finch is set to make his 50th first-class appearance.
Looking ahead to our second match of the summer, Sussex club captain Ben Brown said, “It will be another exciting challenge against Kent.
“I think they’re pretty much full strength from what I can see, so it will be a great challenge for us as a young side to go to a Division One team.
“We’re really up for the challenge and when you’ve got a win under your belt, you go there with confidence.”
Kent has named a 14-man squad for their first Bob Willis Trophy match on home soil, with captain Sam Billings returning to the side following his time with England.
Kent narrowly lost their opening match of the campaign in a thriller against Essex, with the county champions securing a narrow two-wicket victory late on day four.
Heino Kuhn, who scored a fantastic 140 at Chelmsford, misses out for Kent as he awaits the birth of his first child, while Matt Milnes, who also impressed with four first-innings wickets, is rested.
