The Bermuda Cricket Board announced the squad that will train in the hopes to be selected for the 2020 Men’s National Cricket Team.
In a meeting on Tuesday night, BCB president, Lloyd Smith outlined requirements of the training squad in front of the players, the board’s new executive members, high-performance committee, Selection committee and coaching staff consisting of Under 19 Head Coach, Arnold Manders and Senior Men’s Head Coach, Herbie Bascome.
The underlying purpose was to discuss the plan for the team while unifying all parties in the organization.
The team will be gearing up for two tours this summer — the Cricket World Cup 50 Overs Challenge League in Uganda and the Twenty20 ICC Americas Qualifiers in Canada.
