The Bermuda Cricket Board (BCB) President Lloyd Smith announce the New Executive Officer of the Bermuda Cricket Board is Calvin Blankendal.
Smith said, “His eighteen years of executive management in Sports/Project Management, Strategic Planning and Grassroots programme & Fund Development, will assist the BCB in continuing to advance our club affiliate programs. His longstanding relationships with domestic sports clubs, will allow the BCB to transition from the 15 years of excellent service by Neil Speight in an efficient manner.”
Smith went on to say, “We look forward to having Blankendal maintain our relations with the ICC and local Government/Corporate Boards, via his expertise in Good Corporate Governance and Relationship Management.”
Blankendal said, “I am pleased to join the Bermuda Cricket Board as their new Executive Director, I look forward to assisting the BCB Executive, staff, players and member affiliates in the continued development of cricket and enhance our participation/competitiveness, in International Tournaments.”
