Charles Trott and his Oxted and Limpsfield Cricket Club 1st XI teammates went down by 36 runs on net run rate in a rain affected game against Dorking Cricket Club’s 1st XI at Master Park in their Surrey Championship Division Three 1st XI match.
Oxted and Limpsfield won the toss and elected to bat they scored 266/9 in their allotted 50.0 overs, Trott was out LBW for 1 after facing 5 ball batting in the number 8 position.
In reply Dorking had reached 173/6 after 27.4 overs when rain halted play. Trott did not bowl in the inning.
