Kamau Leverock and his MCC Universities teammates got off to a winning start in their opening match of their Pre-Season tour of Abu Dhabi.
Taking on the Danube Lions, the MCCU batted first and were bowled out for 144. Thomas Cullen was the top scorer with 45, Leverock chipped in with 3.
Danube were bowled all out for 119, JJ Dewes was the pick of the MCCU bowlers with figures of 4-0-24-4, while Leverock bowled 2-0-20-0.
