The Bermuda Cricket Board’s Premier and First Division matches this past weekend saw the ball and the weather have it’s way. Today www.islandstats.com gives you a look at the top batting and bowling performers.
Only four batsman in six matches were able to score half centuries or more, Chris Douglas from Willow Cuts finished in the top spot in the batting department with 85 against the Somerset Cricket Club, Jade Darrell scored 82 not out for Warwick Workman’s Club in their game against the Bermuda Under 17 National Team, Seion Darrell scored 59 not out for the Western Stars in their win over the Devvonshire Recreation Club and Dion Stovell from the Southampton Rangers scored 55 not out against Bailey’s Bay.
In the bowling department, with figures of 6.1-0-10-8, Seth Campbell from Western Stars led the charge in against the Devonshire Recreation Club, while Derrick Brangman had the second best bowling figures of 5.4-1-10-6 for the Southampton Rangers for against Bailey’s Bay and Warwick Workman’s Club’s Cameron Jeffers 9-2-30-5 against the Bermuda Under 17 National Team.
