The Coed Division provided the definitive fireworks of the opening block, headlined by a commanding performance from the Storm Chasers, who brushed aside the Allshores Ballers with a 28 to 17 victory. Antione Williams put on an absolute masterclass in the circle, lashing home a magnificent 17 goals to earn individual Attacker of the Match honors. Inshan-Nae Smith chipped in with seven goals and Selah Tuzo added four to complete the Chasers' dominant display, while Most Valuable Player Amali Powell and defender Debre Evans locked down the backline. The adjacent Coed fixture produced a nerve-shredding, low-scoring thriller as Somerset narrowly edged past RenRe by a single point, 11 to 10. Makeda Burrows spearheaded the Somerset assault with six goals to claim the Most Valuable Player award, while Ramiah Brangman added five vital points. Alongside the Burrows showcase, Simeon Burrows and Teataphi Pringle excelled in their respective structural roles. RenRe pushed their opponents until the absolute deadline, heavily reliant on a seven-goal performance from Coriah Simmons and three from Krishay Tucker, while Brighton Swan took top honors as MVP alongside defender Taylor Washington.
In the Women’s Division, the Lady Stars laid down a marker with a clinical 26 to 18 triumph over the Netball Bermuda Under 21 Academy. Marissa Brangman led the scoring charts for the Stars with 13 goals, while K’xiyae Gibbons delivered an exceptional attacking performance to notch 10 goals and the Attacker award. Sioma Rudo scored twice and Kim Thompson rounded out the scoring, but it was double-award winner Zindzi Edmead who stole the headlines, securing both the MVP and Defender accolades. The Academy youngsters showed glimpses of immense potential, driven by Alexia Pascall’s sharp 13 goals, four from Jamir Hatherley, and a single strike from E’Rynn Paynter, with Ja’miyah Johnston and Keyahnee Burgess also recognized for their resilience.

|
Netball Bermuda’s Summer League season resumed with a high-octane evening of action at Bernard Park, headlined by an absolute rout in the top flight and a dramatic, single-point thriller in the Coed Division.
The lone fixture in the Women’s Division saw the Lady Stars deliver a clinical defensive masterclass, completely dismantling Tropical Storm in a 32-6 victory. The Stars' fluid attacking circle functioned with flawless precision as K’Xiyae Gibbons and Nahjae Rayner each net double figures with 11 goals apiece, while Sioma Rudo added a sharp 10.
Gibbons' versatile, multi-phase court coverage earned her the Most Valuable Player award, with Rayner named the sharpest attacker and Zindzi Edmead securing the defensive honors. Tropical Storm fought tirelessly against a relentless low block, finding consolation through five goals from Nala Richardson and one from Diya Steede, while Elishae Smith claimed her side's MVP honors.
The high-stakes drama reached its peak in the Coed Division as Bailey’s Bay narrowly edged past the Atlantic Aces in a 16-15 nail-biter. Charlene Bogle led the scoring for the Bay with nine goals, supported by four from Druw Bascome and three from Kayla Burgess. Nwamiko Rock was named the standout defender to preserve the narrowest of margins, despite a brilliant individual performance from the Aces' Charlotte Evans, who netted a game-high eight goals to secure her team's MVP distinction.
The high-scoring momentum continued as the Storm Chasers produced a devastating attacking performance to overwhelm RenRe 26-10. Antoine Williams was the undisputed star of the show, putting on a shooting masterclass to rack up a staggering 20 goals to claim MVP honors. K’Xiyae Gibbons and Kibriyaa Boyles each chipped in with three goals to seal a fine team performance, comfortably holding off a ten-goal RenRe resistance led by Euan Rutherford.

High Drama at the Park as Netball Takes Center Stage
|
The Bernard Park Netball Courts were a veritable bee-hive of activity as the Summer League schedule heated up with a thrilling evening of action featuring two high-stakes Coed Division clashes and a tense, low-scoring Women’s Division encounter.
The opening game of the night in the Summer League Coed Division proved to be a completely one-sided affair as the Storm Chasers unleashed a devastating attacking performance to defeat the Atlantic Aces 45 to 14. Antione Williams was the undisputed star of the show, putting on a shooting masterclass to rack up a staggering 34 goals for the Storm Chasers, while teammate K’xiyae Gibbons chipped in with six and Amaury Majors added five.
Unsurprisingly, Williams was named Most Valuable Player for his dominant display, with Gibbons taking home the Attacker of the Match honors and Inshan-Nae Smith anchoring the backline to earn the Defender accolade. The Atlantic Aces found it difficult to breach the Storm defense throughout the contest, with Sinae Symonds leading their resistance with nine goals and Jasmyn Mapp scoring five.
Despite the heavy defeat, Alex Godet put in a battling performance to be named Most Valuable Player for the Aces, while Megan Sherwin was recognized as the standout attacker and Nathan Clarke picked up the defensive honors.
The second Coed Division fixture of the evening was a much tighter, physical battle that saw the Baileys Bay Breezers ultimately fall 24 to 19 to a clinical ALLshores Ballers side.
The Breezers put up a spirited fight in the shooting circle, spearheaded by nine goals from Druw Bascome, seven from Teyah Lindo, and three from Charlene Bogle. Marcel Dill was a standout figure for Baileys Bay, earning the Most Valuable Player award for his tireless work rate, with Bascome selected as the top attacker and Nwaomiko Rock named the best defender.
However, the ALLshores Ballers showcased superb squad depth to edge ahead when it mattered most, distributed evenly across their front line as Sheldon Bohodosingh scored seven, while Micah Pond and Zakiyah Durham each net double figures with six apiece, and Ebonie Cox contributed five. Durham's influential court coverage earned her the Most Valuable Player distinction, with Pond taking the Attacker award and Lorenzo Ratteray named Defender of the Match to seal a fine team performance.
Meanwhile, the Summer League Women’s Division featured just a single matchup, but it provided the most dramatic finish of the night as the NetBall Under 21 Academy and the Phoenix Blaze fought out a grueling 9 to 9 draw.
In a defensive battle where every single inch of court space was fiercely contested, the Under 21 Academy relied heavily on Sioma Rudo, who scored five goals, and E’Rynn Paynter, who added four. Vongai Benza was instrumental in keeping the Academy in the game, securing the Most Valuable Player award, while Paynter was recognized as the sharpest attacker and Ja’Miyah Johnston was named the standout defender.
The Phoenix Blaze countered with a highly balanced attacking circle as Jaya Dillas scored four, A’Meerah Richardson Swan netted three, and Azaria Scott and Krishay Tucker each scored once. Hailey Trott walked away with the Most Valuable Player honors for the Blaze after a brilliant performance, supported by Tucker as the top attacker and a resilient Kree Holdipp who earned the Defender award to ensure both teams shared the points at the final whistle.

Stars & Chargers Secure Victories in Summer League
|
The Bermuda Netball Summer League season continued at a sun-drenched Bernard Park with a full slate of fixtures across both the Women’s and Coed Divisions. In a night defined by clinical shooting and defensive resilience, the Lady Stars provided the standout performance in the Women’s Division with a convincing 25–8 victory over PHC.
Marissa Brangman was the catalyst for the Stars, accounting for 19 of her side’s goals to earn the Attacker of the Match award, while the versatile K’Xiyae Gibbons was named both Most Valuable Player and best defender for her dominant display in the circle. PHC struggled to find a rhythm against the relentless Stars' pressure, despite a battling effort from Terita Bean and Vernicka Symonds, who split the scoring with four goals apiece.
The second fixture in the Women’s Division proved to be a more high-scoring affair as the BDA College Chargers surged to a 31–21 win over Phoenix Blaze. Kammie Mills spearheaded the Chargers' offensive charge with a 20-goal haul, supported by eight from Sydney Santos and three from Chelsea Almeida.
Deontae Scott was instrumental for the victors, claiming MVP honours for a performance that combined tactical awareness with high energy. For Phoenix Blaze, the prolific Danielle Raynor carried the bulk of the scoring burden with 20 goals, but it was not enough to overcome the collective depth of the collegiate side.
Action in the Coed Division was headlined by a nail-biting encounter between Baileys Bay Breezers and RenRe & Friends. In a match where every possession felt pivotal, RenRe & Friends managed to edge the contest 11–10 to secure the points.
Krishay Tucker was the central figure for the winning side, netting six goals and picking up the MVP award for her clinical finishing. Baileys Bay had their chances to force a draw, with Teyah Lindo delivering six goals of her own, but the RenRe defensive unit, led by Rakeem Deshields, held firm during a frantic final period.
The night concluded with a powerful display from the Allshore Ballers, who overwhelmed Somerset 32–8. The Ballers were relentless from the opening whistle, with Ebonie Cox delivering a masterclass in goal-shooting to finish with 17 goals.
Nikita Trott contributed 10 more in a performance that showcased the Ballers' superior speed and ball movement. Steveland Brown-Darrell was the standout individual on the court, claiming both the MVP and best defender awards for a dominant showing that stifled Somerset’s attack.
While Ramiah Brangman offered some resistance for Somerset with six goals, they simply had no answer for the clinical precision of an Allshore side that appears to be finding peak form as the summer season progresses.
