Bermudian junior golfers Darina Betschart and Lewis MacFarlane both secured top-five finishes at the Optimist Tournament of Champions in Florida.
The pair impressed against strong international fields across the two-day event at the Las Colinas Mission Inn Resort and Club in Howey-in-the-Hills.
Fifteen-year-old Betschart finished fifth out of 29 competitors in the Girls 14–18 division.
She opened with a one-over-par 72 before adding a 74 on the second day for a four-over-par total of 146.
"I played quite well for competing in the 14–18 division and placing fifth overall," Betschart said.
"I left some shots out there, but overall my game was strong and consistent. It's always such a privilege to represent Bermuda and be in contention."
In the Boys 11–13 division, MacFarlane produced a determined Sunday fightback to claim fourth place.
After opening with a 79, he shaved six strokes off his score in the final round to card a 73, finishing on 152 (10 over par).
"I feel like I played pretty solid, better in the second round," MacFarlane said.
"The course was not in the best condition, but it was quite short and it played to my strengths. Being able to have the opportunity to compete overseas is awesome, and it was a great experience."
The results cap another encouraging weekend for Bermuda's junior golf programme, highlighting the continued development of the island's emerging young talent on the international stage.
