PREMIER DIVISION
Devonshire Cougars 0 North Village Rams 2
North Village Rams moved to the summit of the Premier Division after two late second-half goals secured a hard-fought victory away to Devonshire Cougars.
Following a fiercely contested but goalless opening period where clear-cut opportunities were scarce, the visitors finally unlocked the Cougars backline sixteen minutes from time.
Jai Bean reacted fastest inside the penalty area, pouncing on a rebound to steer the ball into the net after the Devonshire goalkeeper parried an initial effort into his path.
Cougars pushed forward in search of an equaliser, but Rams ruthlessly exploited the vacated space on the counter-attack to put the contest out of reach in the 87th minute. A swift break culminated in a composed cutback from the byline, allowing Owen Botelho to slot home from close range and seal all three points.
FIRST DIVISION
Vasco 3 Boulevard 2
In the First Division, Vasco held on to claim a breathless victory against Boulevard after an extraordinary second-half goal blitz.
The hosts drew first blood after twenty-three minutes when Marco Diogo finished neatly to provide Vasco with a slender advantage, one they successfully protected through to the interval despite spirited resistance.
The match burst into life midway through the second half when an unfortunate Boulevard own goal doubled the home side's cushion in the 68th minute.
That setback sparked a frantic sequence of four goals inside eleven minutes. Boulevard mounted a swift response through Ernest Trott, who halved the deficit on seventy-five minutes to set up a tense finale.
Vasco appeared to restore full control almost immediately as Ludgero Medeiros restored the two-goal cushion just two minutes later.
Boulevard refused to buckle, cutting the arrears once again in the 79th minute through Doreiko Walker, but Vasco withstood a frantic closing spell to ensure their lead remained intact at the final whistle.
