Bermudian motorcycle racers Aeziah Divine and Jediah Cumbermack were back in the thick of the action at Donington Park, battling through dense fields to record resilient finishes across their respective classes.
Divine, competing in the R&G MOTO4 British Cup for Fibre Tec Honda-By MLav Racing, faced two demanding 14-lap encounters around the Leicestershire circuit.
In Race Two, the 16-year-old was embroiled in a fierce pack battle from start to finish, ultimately crossing the line in 12th position with a time of 23 minutes 30.029 seconds. He backed that showing up in Race Three with another 12th-place finish, clocking 23:38.304 in another closely contested outing.
"A few of us got into a great battle for the whole race," said Divine. "I tried to stay focused on making it to the line. I was glad getting back out today and seeing what I can do in the last two races of the season."
In the 1PMobile National Junior Sportbike class, Cumbermack flew the flag for ROKiT Rookies in Race Two, having worked with his team to refine setup overnight.
The Bermudian rider put together a determined 10-lap run, claiming a solid top-ten result as he took the chequered flag in tenth place with a time of 16:51.162.
"We made some changes to the bike since the last session, and I'm feeling positive heading into racing," Cumbermack said. "I was hoping to put it all together and had a stronger session."
