Challenging conditions dictated the event from the outset, with shifting breezes creating headaches for race officials and competitors alike.
On day one, racing began in light four-to-six-knot winds oscillating between the north-west and east, forcing organisers to call an early lunch break after several aborted attempts to get under way.
The fleet resumed around 1:00pm when the breeze settled into a more consistent five to nine knots out of the south, allowing eight races to be completed before the wind faded late in the afternoon.
Eckerd closed the regatta in fourth position overall on a combined total of 239 points.
Rodrigues produced a consistent display in the A Division alongside Will Alvarado, with the pair finishing fifth on 50 points after registering seven top-10 finishes across the eight contests.
Vieira was equally steady in the B Division, partnering Avery Guck to take sixth place with 53 points, aided by five top-10 finishes.
In the C Division, Wesley Kaser and Lily Tracey handled duties for races one through six before Nic Dowling and Oaklee Burnham took over for the final two races, finishing 18th with 136 points.
Hopes of a second-day charge were dashed. Teams remained on a prolonged wind hold throughout the morning before race officials officially abandoned competition at noon due to persistently unstable conditions.
