At Bernard Park, Paget Lions showcased their own firepower in a high-octane 5-2 victory over Devonshire Colts.
Antinori Butterfield provided the early spark for the Lions, striking on nine minutes before doubling his tally midway through the opening half. Chemarl Henry pulled one back for the Colts on the stroke of half-time, but Paget snuffed out any hopes of a comeback instantly when Xave Smith found the net straight from the restart.
Colts fought to stay in touch through Senoj Mitchell, but their celebrations were cut short within 60 seconds as Smith immediately responded with his second of the afternoon. Kezie Richardson rounded off the scoring with five minutes remaining, ensuring Paget wrapped up a commanding victory on an action-packed day of cup football.

The headline result of the day belonged firmly to X-Road's, who produced an attacking masterclass powered by hat-tricks from both Paul Simons and Daren Usher.
Simons opened the floodgates after just 10 minutes before an own goal doubled the advantage midway through the first half. Prolific marksman Donovan Thompson then struck just after the half-hour mark, followed four minutes later by Simons' second to put the contest out of reach by the break.
There was no respite for Social Club after the restart. Usher ignited a second-half blitz with a 60th-minute finish, quickly followed by Simons completing his treble three minutes later. Usher then grabbed two more in quick succession to wrap up his own hat-trick before Thompson applied the finishing touch in the closing minutes, sealing an emphatic nine-goal rout.
