Championship leaders Steven Bridges and David Selley kept their title bid firmly on track with a hard-fought podium finish at the Clearwater Beach Nationals in Florida.
Taking to the Gulf waters for Race 5 of the weekend, the highly anticipated Super Stock class delivered high-speed drama from the green flag along the beachfront circuit.
Piloting the S-25 Team Bermuda, Bridges and Selley navigated choppy conditions and fierce traffic to cross the line in third place, adding valuable championship points to their tally as the series heads towards its climax.
They were closely followed by fellow Bermudian driver Luis Martins, who brought home the S-12 Nuff Said / Bermuda in fourth place alongside throttleman Nick Imprescia after a fiercely competitive duel through the turns.
