Trott's Cardiff out of Cup & Fubler suffers derby defeat
Bermudian goalkeeper Nathan Trott and his Cardiff City teammates were eliminated from the Carabao Cup on Tuesday night, falling short despite a spirited late comeback effort under the lights at the Cardiff City Stadium.

The Bluebirds' lineup saw significant rotation, with six changes made to the starting XI that featured at the weekend. Among those introduced was young prospect Noah Anyadike, who etched his name into the history books by becoming the youngest player in the club's history at just 15 years and 98 days old.

Despite the injection of youthful energy and a determined push in the closing stages, Cardiff were unable to overturn the deficit and bowed out of the competition.

Fubler and Binfield endure tough derby outing

Elsewhere in English football, Bermudian forward CJ Fubler and his Binfield teammates endured a difficult evening on the road, falling to a 4-0 defeat against local rivals Ascot United in their Isthmian Football League clash.

Playing at The Racecourse Ground, Binfield struggled to contain a clinical Ascot side in the derby encounter, leaving the visitors empty-handed as the hosts ran out comfortable four-goal winners.
