The hosts broke the deadlock on 20 minutes against the run of play, when good build-up play on the right flank allowed Sam Stewart to slot home from close range and give Daisy Hill a halftime lead.
Faced with a one-goal deficit at the break, Darby made sweeping structural changes for the second period. A refreshed unit featuring Bermudian Zuill, Gabe Davidson, Rowan Baucutt, Lucas Kirkpatrick, Zac Doyle, Alfie Baxter, and several trialists took to the field.
The changes injected immediate energy, with Lawrence drawing Bolton level six minutes into the restart after being brought down in the box and calmly dispatching the resulting penalty.
Zuill created an opening late in the contest with a precise cross that saw a trialist head narrowly wide, before another trialist substitute struck in the final minute to seal the comeback win.
