White became Bermuda's first-ever Commonwealth Games track cyclist when he lined up in the Men's 4,000m Individual Pursuit qualifying competition.
Competing against a strong international field, the Bermudian completed the demanding event in a time of 4:33.299, finishing 18th overall in a performance that marked a significant milestone for the island's cycling programme.
The historic day continued on the athletics track, where Paralympian Jessica Lewis produced another impressive display to secure her place in the Women's T54 400m Final.
Lewis finished second in her opening-round heat, crossing the line in 58.90 seconds. Her performance earned her the fourth-fastest qualifying time overall, comfortably booking her place in the medal race.
