Eva Frazzoni helped AFC Sudbury Women continue their encouraging pre-season with a convincing 3-0 victory over Stevenage Women, as the Suffolk side produced another polished performance.
There was also success for K'Shaela Burch-Waldron, whose Sutton United Women side defeated Ashford United 4-1, continuing their preparations with an impressive attacking display.
At Willen Road, Jasmine Spence and Newport Pagnell Town Women edged an entertaining contest, overcoming Leicester City Ladies 3-2 in a competitive pre-season friendly.
Across the Atlantic, Seattle Reign FC maintained their winning form with a 2-0 victory over San Diego Wave FC at Snapdragon Stadium. Head coach Laura Harvey once again experimented with her squad, with Mia Fishel part of another youthful and dynamic Reign setup.
The breakthrough came when midfielder Ainsley McCammon delivered an inviting cross for Maddie Mercado to head home the opening goal before defender Jordyn Bugg doubled the advantage to secure the win.
