Bean-Fox & Fray IslandStats.com Bermuda’s Harlem Bean-Fox and Kennahz Fray produced a clinical attacking display to help Future Pro Academy maintain their fine form in the National Football Youth League Under-23 Division.
The Bermudian duo travelled to Tamworth as part of an elite squad that has been setting the standard in the U23 Central league this season. Bean-Fox made an immediate impact on the contest, finding the back of the net in just the sixth minute to give Future Pro the early advantage. Demonstrating exceptional composure, he raced clear of his marker before rounding the goalkeeper and slotting the ball into the far post.
The young forward remained a constant menace to the Tamworth defence throughout the opening period, nearly doubling his tally moments later when a powerful strike rattled the upright.
Bean-Fox’s goal-scoring exploits were heavily supported by the technical brilliance of compatriot Kennahz Fray. Operating with characteristic flair, Fray’s close ball control and vision allowed him to wriggle past defenders in tight spaces, consistently providing the service for Bean-Fox’s direct runs.
The partnership highlights the growing influence of Bermudian talent within the Coventry-based academy, with both players continuing to enhance their reputations following recent trials with professional clubs in the English Football League. Their seamless coordination in Tamworth served as another reminder of the "deadly" potential this pair possesses when leading the line together.
