Browne and Franklin Lead the Charge in Devonshire

The Bermuda Squash Association Club 2025 Championships reached a thrilling semi-final night at the Devonshire club, with the top seeds in the Men's and Women's Open divisions securing their spots in the final, though not without stern tests.

The Men's Open final will feature the top two seeds after both navigated their semi-final fixtures.

Number one seed Noah Browne was clinical in his approach, defeating D'vario Thompson 3-0 in just 21 minutes. Browne won in straight games with scores of 11-4, 11-6, and 11-9, showcasing his class and efficiency.

In the other semi-final, number two seed Anaya Smith had to fight back from a deficit to secure his place. Smith recovered after dropping the first set to defeat Kristian Muldoon 3-1 in a 26-minute battle. The final scores were 6-11, 11-6, 12-10, 11-2.

The Women's Open final will also pit the top two seeds against each other after a night of high-quality squash.

Number one seed Eilidh Franklin was swift and decisive, defeating Susie Howells in straight games (11-8, 11-6, 11-2) in a quick 17-minute contest.

The second semi-final was a more prolonged affair, with number two seed Rachel Barnes taking 32 minutes to overcome Abigail Brewer. Barnes secured the win 3-1, with scores of 11-8, 11-7, 8-11, 11-6.

The Men's B Semi-Finals were equally efficient. Both matches lasted exactly 22 minutes and both ended in straight-game victories.

Number one seed Owen Rosorea defeated Mason Smith 3-0, with a scoreline of 11-8, 11-9, 11-9. In the second B Semi-Final, number two seed Arun Kikkeri defeated Michael Schrah 11-6, 11-8, 11-8.
