Bermuda Secures Double Top-Six Finish at Offshore Worlds

Bermuda's two entries concluded their challenging campaign at the Annual Offshore World Championship in Key West, Florida, battling through the final day of racing to secure a tremendous double top-six finish in the highly competitive Super Stock Class.
The final day saw intense action on the rough waters, but the Bermudian crews demonstrated the resilience and skill needed to hold their positions among the world's best.
The highest-placed Bermudian boat was the S-12 Team Bermuda Nuff Said, piloted by Luis Martins and throttled by Nick Imprescia. The duo delivered a superb final performance to secure an overall second-place finish in the Super Stock World Championship standings.
Not far behind, the GL Construction / S-25 Team Bermuda, featuring driver David Selley and throttles by Steven Bridges, also secured an excellent result, finishing a highly respectable sixth place overall.
The strong showing by both teams at this elite event underscores the quality and depth of Bermuda's offshore powerboat racing talent on the international stage.
