Bermudian bodybuilder Alvina Brangman delivered a sensational performance at the Bahamas Grand Prix Bodybuilding competition, securing victories in both the Masters and Open Divisions.
Brangman, who has enjoyed a decorated career spanning two decades, showcased her meticulously honed physique to dominate the regional stage. She was first crowned champion in the Female Masters Division before successfully replicating that form to also win the highly competitive Female Open Division.
Following her double victory in the regional Grand Prix, Brangman immediately turned her focus to her ultimate goal: securing her coveted professional status at the subsequent NPC Worldwide Caribbean Grand Prix.
Competing in the NPC Worldwide Caribbean Grand Prix Pro-Qualifier, Brangman maintained her winning momentum in the Masters categories, successfully winning the Female Masters 45+ Division.
However, the competition in the main Open Division was incredibly fierce, and Brangman was unable to secure the necessary first-place finish to earn her IFBB Pro-Card. She finished fifth overall in the Female Open Division Pro-Qualifier.
Despite falling just short of the Pro-Card on this occasion, Brangman's performance in winning two regional divisions and a Masters Pro-Qualifier title underscores her status as an elite bodybuilder and a true testament to her commitment to the sport.
