Bascome is in contention for the Coach of the Year award, recognizing his leadership and impact on the Baltimore Blast's performance this season.
Under Bascome's guidance, the Baltimore Blast achieved a strong regular season record of 16 wins, 7 losses, and 1 overtime win. This impressive record secured them a third-place finish in the league standings. The Blast continued their success into the playoffs, winning their opening-round match before ultimately being eliminated in the Semi-Final.
