Reflecting on his day, Barnes provided his own assessment: "Today was a decent day. Qualified 4th out of 14, Race 1 finished 2nd, race day got hit out on the start in turn 1, fell to 6th and raced back up to recover 4th. The Maranello Kart USA Kart is rolling, and the Carblos Racing Engines is a beast! I should be rolling off the outside pole for Pre Final tomorrow."
Barnes's comments highlight the competitiveness of the racing and the performance of his kart and engine setup. His ability to recover from a setback in one race and set a fast lap demonstrates his skill and determination. He now looks ahead to the Pre-Final with a strong starting position.
