IslandStats.com
The 35th edition of the 6 Days of Crédit Agricole saw another thrilling stage finish, with Paul Daumont (Guidon Sprinter Canalien Cycling Team) sprinting to victory in Stage Four. The amateur race, held between Sainte-Anne and Saint-François (Guadeloupe), covered a distance of 141.8 kilometers.

Daumont's winning time was 2 hours, 50 minutes, and 24 seconds, a time shared by the top 8 finishers, reflecting the closely contested sprint.

Kaden Hopkins (US Lamentin) delivered a strong performance, finishing second in the stage. However, he was narrowly beaten by Daumont in the final sprint. The effort and disappointment were evident in Hopkins' body language at the finish. Kévin Le Cunff (Team Madras Capesterre Belle-Eau), the overall leader, finished third, 11 seconds behind Daumont.

This stage victory elevates Daumont's standing in the race, while Hopkins' second-place finish earns him valuable points.

Overall Standings Update

Despite his strong finish, Hopkins remains in 15th place in the overall standings. His combined time is now 11 hours, 30 minutes, and 58 seconds. He trails the current overall leader, Le Cunff, by 14 minutes and 25 seconds.

The 6 Days of Crédit Agricole continues to provide exciting racing, with riders battling for stage wins and striving to improve their overall positions.
