Hopkins in Top-Half of Pack at 6 Days of Crédit Agricole

The 35th edition of the 6 Days of Crédit Agricole continued with a thrilling Stage 3. Kévin Le Cunff (Team Madras Capesterre Belle-Eau) once again showcased his strength, winning the stage held between Basse-Terre and Sainte-Rose (Guadeloupe), covering a distance of 109.9 kilometers.

Le Cunff's winning time was 2 hours, 52 minutes, and 57 seconds. The stage finish was a close contest. Gert Kivistik (Team Crédit Mutuel-Garage Premier-Fewoss) finished a mere one second behind Le Cunff, securing second place. Axel Taillandier (Team Madras Capesterre Belle-Eau) took third, crossing the line a further six seconds adrift.

Kaden Hopkins (US LAMENTIN) completed the stage in 21st place overall, with a time of 2 hours, 58 minutes, and 40 seconds. He finished 5 minutes and 43 seconds behind the stage winner, Le Cunff.

While Hopkins' finishing position placed him in the top half of the pack, the 6 Days of Crédit Agricole is a demanding race that tests riders' endurance and tactical abilities. Hopkins' participation provides him with valuable experience in competing in a multi-stage event against a strong field. He will look to learn from this stage and continue to compete strongly when racing resumes next Friday.
