Daley Adds Two More Medals to Quebec Championships Haul

Elijah Daley continued his impressive performance at the Coupe du Québec Senior Swimming Championships, held at the PEPS of Laval University, adding two more medals to his tally on the second day of competition.

Daley once again demonstrated his versatility and talent in the pool, securing podium finishes in both the butterfly and breaststroke events.

Daley began his day in the Men's 50m Butterfly Preliminaries. He finished 4th with a season-best time of 25.55 seconds, qualifying for the A Final. In the Men's 50m Butterfly A Final, Daley improved on his preliminary time, clocking a new season-best of 25.42 seconds and claiming the Bronze Medal.

Daley then transitioned to the Men's 200m Breaststroke. In the Preliminaries, he touched the wall in 2:26.44, finishing 4th and securing his place in the A Final. The A Final of the Men's 200 Breaststroke saw Daley achieve his second medal of the day, winning the Silver Medal with a personal best time of 2:23.59.

Daley's second day of competition was as successful as his first, with two more medals added to his collection. His ability to excel in different swimming disciplines highlights his well-rounded skill set and his dedication to the sport.

These championships have proven to be a highly successful event for Daley, showcasing his talent on the Canadian stage. His medal-winning performances demonstrate his progress and his potential for further success in the future.
