The 2025 Bermuda Lawn Tennis Association's Spring Fling Tournament reached its climax at the WER Joell Tennis Stadium, delivering a day of drama and thrilling tennis.
Two matches in particular gripped the crowd, requiring decisive third sets with one determining a champion.
Tobiah Goodchild staged a remarkable comeback in the Boys 16 Singles Final, overcoming Jadon Spriggs after dropping the first set. Spriggs took the opener 6-4, but Goodchild rallied to win the second 7-5, before dominating the decisive tie-break 10-2.
Another comeback story unfolded in the Boys 12 Singles, where Tucker Champion recovered from a set down to defeat William Leman. Leman stormed to a 6-1 victory in the first set, but Champion fought back to win the second 6-4, and then clinched the match with a 10-8 tie-break victory.
The tournament showcased the depth of talent within Bermuda's junior tennis scene, with players battling fiercely for honours across all divisions.
