Outerbridge's dominance began in the 5000m run, where he secured the Ravens' first gold medal of the championships with a time of 15:35.65. He then showcased his versatility by qualifying for the 800m final with a third-place finish in the preliminaries, clocking a time of 1:58.59.
On day two, Outerbridge continued his impressive form, winning the men's mile with a time of 4:18.16. He also added a bronze medal to his collection in the 800m final, finishing with a time of 1:58.40.
