The first race day of the Royal Hamilton Amateur Dinghy Club's four-week RS21 Regatta took place in Hamilton Harbour, with Mikey Wollmann emerging as the early leader.
Wollmann claimed victory in three of the six races, adding two third-place finishes and a second place to his tally. With sailors allowed to discard their worst result, Wollmann finished the day with a net score of 8 points.
Olympian Peter Bromby sits in second place with 10 net points, having won two races and secured two second-place finishes, a fourth, and a fifth.
Dale Brangman currently occupies third place with 13 net points, thanks to two second-place finishes, three thirds, and a sixth.
