Jediah Cumbermack has announced his exciting move to the Rokit Rookies, a rider development programme competing in the British Superbike Championship support classes. In a social media post, Cumbermack expressed his pride at joining the team, describing it as an "amazing opportunity" to race in the British Superteen Championship against some of the best young riders in Europe. He added, "This is a blessing, and I am going to make the most of this opportunity."
The Rokit Rookies programme is the next evolution of the successful Affinity Racing Academy, now partnered with title sponsor ROKiT. Founded by former British Superbike champion Leon Haslam, the team will field 12 young riders across two support classes in the 2024 British Superbike Championship.
The team has a strong track record in the British Superbike paddock, embodying the Team Green philosophy by providing young riders with a professional environment for development. This approach has already yielded success, including a Junior Supersport title and, most recently, the inaugural Kawasaki British Superteen title. In 2025, the team will step up to become the official Kawasaki representative in the highly competitive Supersport class.
