Bernard’s Park played host to the sole Bermuda Netball Senior League fixture this week, as the Tigers, led by Tony Mouchette, roared to a convincing 38-20 victory over Mouchette's former club, the North Village Lady Rams.
The Tigers' attack proved too hot to handle, with JahKenya Trott leading the charge, scoring an impressive 22 goals and earning the Best Attacker award. JahTuere Trott added a further 10 goals, while Nahjae Raynor chipped in with 6. Micah Pond's influential performance earned her the MVP accolade.
Despite the loss, the Lady Rams had some bright moments. Taahira Butterfield scored 12 goals, and Coriah Simmons added 8. Nevaeh Swan was recognized for her contributions at both ends of the court, picking up both the Best Attacker and Best Defender awards. Zhanae Simmons-Smith was named the team's MVP.
