A number of Bermudian footballers were in action across the globe, with varying degrees of success. From Cup Semi-Finals to league clashes, and individual accolades to nail-biting finishes, and a medical emergency, here's a round-up of their performances.
Milan Butterfield
Milan Butterfield's Halesowen suffered a 2-0 defeat to Spalding in Lincolnshire. There was a moment of concern at the end of the match when Butterfield received treatment from both teams' medical staff for a medical emergency. Halesowen later confirmed that Butterfield is stable and has not been taken to hospital.
Apparently it was a head injury that he gained a few minutes earlier but naturally quite a scary situation as he was prone on the pitch for almost half an hour.
Dale Eve
Dale Eve was an unused substitute as his Alvechurch FC teammates secured a place in the Worcestershire Senior Cup final for the second consecutive year, thanks to Archie Crowther’s decisive header against Bromsgrove Sporting.
Razhir Smith-Jones
Razhir Smith-Jones has been named Binfield's January Player of the Month. The striker's four goals in January, including three match-winners, were instrumental in earning him the accolade.
Reggie Lambe
Reggie Lambe and his Needham Market teammates suffered a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Hereford in their Vanarama National League North encounter at the Ecologic Stadium.
Keziah Martin
Keziah Martin's Rushall Olympic were on the wrong end of a 3-1 scoreline against Marine at The Marine Travel Arena. Three late goals from the home side sealed the victory.
Justin Donawa & Kole Hall
It was a day of contrasting fortunes for Justin Donawa and Kole Hall. Hall and his Chorley FC teammates celebrated a resounding 4-1 win over Donawa's Brackley Town. The victory marks Chorley's fourth consecutive win.
Kane Crichlow
Kane Crichlow and his Chelmsford City played out a goalless draw against Hemel Hempstead Town at the EMJ Community Stadium in their Vanarama National League South. Crichlow's recent hat-trick against Farnborough earned him a place in the National League South Team of the Week.
Nia Christopher
Nia Christopher's Fort Lauderdale United FC played out an exciting 2-2 draw against Tampa Bay Sun FC in a thrilling Florida Derby clash. Fort Lauderdale United FC looked set for victory after impressive goals from forwards Jasmine Hamid and Sh’Nia Gordon gave them a 2-0 lead. However, Tampa Bay Sun FC fought back in the second half, scoring twice from the penalty spot to level the score and secure a point.
