Isabella Howes continued her strong showing at the Ontario University Athletics (OUA) Swimming Championships on Day Two, competing in two preliminary events at the Markham Pan Am Centre. While she didn't advance to the finals, Howes achieved two Personal Best times.
In the Women's 50 SC Meter Freestyle Preliminaries, Howes finished 19th overall, clocking a Personal Best time of 27.03 seconds, improving upon her previous best of 27.50 seconds.
Howes also set a new Personal Best in the Women's 50 SC Meter Butterfly Preliminaries, finishing in 30.02 seconds, beating her previous best time of 30.10 seconds.
