At the Ontario University Athletics (OUA) Swimming Championships inside the Markham Pan Am Centre, Isabella Howes and her Western Swimming and Diving teammates took to the pool for Day One.
Howes competed in the Women's 200 SC Meter Freestyle Preliminaries, finishing 14th overall with a time of 2:07.46. This result qualified her for the B Final.
In the Women's 200 SC Meter Freestyle B Final, Howes improved her time, finishing second with a time of 2:04.53. This moved her up to 10th place overall in the event.
