A staggering 81 goals were scored in a Bermuda Netball Association Senior League make-up match at Bernard's Park, as Storm convincingly defeated St. George's 66-15.
Storm's dominant performance was spearheaded by their prolific attacker, Shenova Edwards, who netted an impressive 34 goals. Nabiilah Nasir also contributed significantly to the scoreline, adding 32 goals of her own. Debré Evans' defensive prowess earned her the Best Defender accolade for Storm, while Amali Powell was named the team's MVP for her all-around performance.
Despite the loss, St. George's showcased some individual talent. Kristin Holman led their scoring efforts with 8 goals, while Druw Bascome added 7. Hailey Smith was recognised as St. George's Best Attacker, and Sarafina Woolridge-Burns earned the double distinction of Best Defender and MVP for her contributions to the team. However, their efforts were not enough to contain the Storm surge, who proved too strong on the day.
