Bermudian swimmer Brian Desmond produced a strong showing at the Fordham University Men's Swimming and Diving intrasquad meet.
Desmond demonstrated his versatility by competing in three different events, securing a victory and a second-place finish.
He claimed top spot in the 100 Yard Backstroke, touching the wall in a time of 50.65. Desmond continued his impressive form in the 100 Yard Freestyle, finishing second with a time of 47.55.
He concluded his meet with a fourth-place finish in the 100 Yard Butterfly, clocking a time of 55.37.
While intrasquad meets do not count towards official records, they provide valuable racing opportunities and a chance for swimmers to test themselves against their teammates. Desmond's performances highlight his strong form and contribution to the Fordham squad as they prepare for upcoming competitive meets.
